I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect hybrid sports bra that can handle both high and low impact training, and it’s surprisingly difficult to find one that checks all the boxes. Either a bra is functional but not particularly flattering, or it looks great but falls short when it comes to comfort and performance. When I saw the Vuori Daily Form Sports Bra, it immediately caught my eye aesthetically, but the real question was whether it could hold up to the variety of training I put my gear through.
Vuori has built a reputation around comfortable, performance-driven apparel with a more elevated, everyday aesthetic, and the Daily Form Bra fits right in with that approach. It features the brand’s BlissBlend Form fabric, a four-way stretch performance knit designed to combine a buttery-soft feel with added support and moisture management.
After testing it through strength sessions, HIIT, running, and Pilates, I found it more versatile than I initially expected. While it isn’t without a few minor drawbacks, this is one of those bras that makes packing for a variety of workouts a little easier.

Who Should Buy the Daily Form Sports Bra?
- If your training varies between strength, HIIT, running, and Pilates.
- If you want a flattering, fuller-coverage bra that doesn’t sacrifice performance.
- If you prefer a smooth, soft fabric that moves with you through sweaty workouts.
- If you’re looking for one versatile bra to pack for multiple types of training.
Who Shouldn’t Buy the Daily Form Sports Bra?
- If you prefer either very high or very low support. This bra falls somewhere in the middle. For a lower-support option, consider Vuori’s AllTheFeels Bra or the lululemon Energy Bra.
- If all-day comfort is your priority. The Spiritual Gangster Reset Bra or BRXL Seamless Sports Bra may be better alternatives if you want something to wear for longer stretches.
- If you’re sensitive to pressure around your shoulders and traps, the crossed-back strap design may become noticeable after extended wear.
Sizing & Fit
For reference, I’m 5’3″, 122 lbs, and typically wear a 32/34B. I tested the Daily Form Sports Bra in a size small and found it to fit true to size. The overall fit feels secure without being overly compressive, and I don’t experience any digging around my rib cage. Vuori describes the bra as offering low-to-medium support, with removable soft cups and a racerback design. However, based on my experience testing it through a variety of workouts, I’d put it closer to the medium range for support. The BlissBlend Form fabric has a smooth, stretchy feel that provides a nice balance of hold and flexibility without feeling stiff or restrictive.

The neckline has a flattering, squared-off scoop shape, while the racerback straps give the bra a sporty look without making it feel overly athletic. I do experience some minor gapping when I raise my arms overhead, which I suspect is partly due to the neckline shape. That said, I don’t feel like I’m losing meaningful coverage or support, and it isn’t a deal breaker for me. Interestingly, I don’t experience the same issue when moving into downward dog, where I feel secure and covered.
The material is one of my favorite aspects of this bra. It’s smooth and soft against the skin, with enough stretch to move comfortably through different ranges of motion. I haven’t experienced any friction or rubbing, even during longer runs or sweaty training sessions. Overall, I’d stick with your usual size unless you prefer a more compressed fit.
Performance
Lifting and HIIT: 9.5/10
Like I mentioned above, I’ve been searching high and low for a good hybrid bra that I can wear for strength days, cardio days, runs, and Pilates. We live full-time on the road, so I have to be selective about what I pack with me, and needing a different bra for every type of training can get annoying. In my experience, most bras are either built for function or aesthetics, and it’s rare to find one that manages to do both. This bra is one of the exceptions.

The support feels like a good middle ground for strength training and HIIT. I’ve worn it through everything from ascending squat circuits and upper-body days to cardio-focused metcons, and it has held up well across the board. I feel secure without the bra digging into my rib cage, and I haven’t needed to stop and adjust it between exercises. The coverage is also reassuring without making the overall fit feel bulky or overly restrictive.
I do notice some pressure from the crossed shoulder straps, although I wouldn’t describe it as digging. During training, it hasn’t been enough to distract me or affect my performance. Still, it’s worth mentioning if you’re particularly sensitive to pressure around your traps. Otherwise, this is an easy go-to option for days when I want a bra that can handle whatever workout I end up doing.
Running and Jumping: 9.7/10
The Daily Form Bra exceeded my expectations when it came to running. The first time I wore it was for a threshold workout totaling about five miles. We did the session in full sun on an 85-degree day in Charlotte, so you best believe your girl was SWEATY. Despite the heat, the fabric performed well. The fuller coverage means it isn’t the most breathable bra I’ve tested, but it wicks away moisture and dries quickly, which helped keep it comfortable throughout the workout. The smooth fabric was another plus. I didn’t experience any chafing or rubbing, and the bra stayed in place without requiring mid-run adjustments.

I also wore it through a metcon that included 100 double-unders, and I felt supported and covered throughout the workout. There was no noticeable shifting or need to readjust afterward. For me, that’s a big win in a bra that doesn’t feel overly compressive. If you’re looking for a versatile option that can transition from strength work to a run, this one has delivered in my testing.
Yoga, Pilates, and Low Impact: 9.3/10
One of the biggest selling points of this bra is its versatility. Although I initially gravitated toward it for higher-intensity training, the flexible fabric and comfortable fit also work well for lower-impact sessions. It moves with me through stretching and transitions without the band digging into my rib cage or the straps restricting my movement.
During Pilates, I appreciate that the bra feels secure without excessive compression. I don’t feel like I’m falling out or constantly adjusting anything when moving into planks, pikes, or downward dog. The fabric has enough give to accommodate different positions while still providing the coverage I want, which isn’t always the case with bras designed to look this streamlined.

The one thing to keep in mind is the slight gapping I experience when raising my arms overhead while standing upright. I’ve never felt overly exposed because of it, and it hasn’t been an issue during downward dog or pike movements, but the neckline may fit differently depending on your shape. Outside of that small consideration, the Daily Form Bra has been an easy choice for both Pilates and more dynamic training days.
Daily Wear and Comfort: 8.4/10
I love the look of this bra and find it extremely flattering, but I wouldn’t put it in the same category as my favorite lounge or travel bras. The crossed straps create a small amount of pressure around my shoulders and traps, and that sensation becomes more noticeable the longer I wear it. For me, the sweet spot is around 60–90 minutes.

This doesn’t affect me during workouts, which is why I still rate its performance so highly. When I’m moving, stretching, and transitioning between exercises, the fit feels secure and functional. When I’m sitting around or spending a long day traveling, however, I become more aware of the straps. It’s a subtle distinction, but an important one if you’re shopping for a bra you can comfortably wear from morning to night.
If you’re not particularly sensitive to shoulder pressure, I could see this working well for a hike, a quick errand after the gym, or a day when you want to wear your activewear beyond your workout. It also fits seamlessly under shirts or tank tops and maintains a good shape. Personally, though, I’d reach for something with a more relaxed strap design for extended wear. The Daily Form Bra is a performance-focused piece that happens to look great, rather than a lounge bra that can double as workout gear.
Construction & Details
The Daily Form Bra uses Vuori’s BlissBlend Form performance stretch knit, made from 74% polyamide and 26% elastane. The four-way stretch fabric is designed to balance softness with a more supportive, held-in feel. It also features removable soft cups, a racerback design, and moisture-wicking properties. The combination gives the bra a clean, streamlined appearance while keeping it functional enough for regular training.

In my testing, the overall construction has felt solid. I’ve washed the bra three or four times, and the removable padding has held up well so far. I do occasionally need to straighten or reposition the cups after taking it out of the washing machine, but that’s fairly typical of bras with removable padding. I machine wash mine on cold and hang it to dry, even though Vuori’s care instructions also allow tumble drying on low. I generally prefer air-drying my activewear to help preserve the fabric and fit over time.
I also appreciate that Vuori offers the Daily Form Bra in multiple colors, making it easy to find an option that fits your wardrobe. The army green color I’ve worn has held up well and doesn’t show excessive sweat, which is a bonus for anyone who trains in hotter or more humid climates. While a few washes aren’t enough to make any definitive claims about long-term durability, I haven’t noticed any concerning changes in the fabric or padding so far. The bra feels well-made, and its construction has been consistent with what I’d expect from Vuori.
Final Thoughts
The Vuori Daily Form Sports Bra has earned a spot in my rotation because it makes getting dressed for an unpredictable training day a little easier. It combines a flattering design with enough support for a surprisingly broad range of activities, and the soft, moisture-wicking fabric has performed well through both sweaty runs and lower-impact sessions. For someone who values versatility and doesn’t want to pack a separate bra for every workout, that’s a meaningful advantage.
At $68, it’s a premium-priced sports bra, so I’d want to be confident that I’d reach for it regularly before investing. Based on my testing, I think it’s a strong option if you’re looking for a polished, performance-oriented bra that can keep up with varied training. Just don’t confuse versatility with all-day comfort: the shoulder pressure makes it less appealing for lounging or long travel days. If your priority is a bra that performs during workouts and looks good doing it, the Daily Form is well worth considering.
