Even though this leans more performance-focused, it still translates well into lower-impact workouts. During Pilates and yoga, everything felt secure and I never felt like I was “falling out”, even in positions like planks or downward dog where that can sometimes become an issue. It gave me enough confidence to move through flows without thinking about it, which isn’t always the case with bras in this category.
