Teenage me would be absolutely freaking out if she knew we’d be testing Spiritual Gangster gear in our 30s. My friends have dubbed me the “Type-A Hippie,” so writing a review for a brand called Spiritual Gangster feels pretty on-brand. From their matching sets to their laid-back, yoga-inspired aesthetic, they’ve maintained that effortlessly cool-girl vibe for years.
For those unfamiliar, Spiritual Gangster has actually been around since 2008, originating as a yoga studio brand. What started with graphic tees sold in yoga studios eventually evolved into a full lifestyle and activewear brand centered around movement, mindfulness, and positivity. While they’ve expanded into a variety of performance apparel and everyday essentials, their roots are still very much grounded in yoga and the wellness community.
The EuphoriaLift Reset Bra focuses on providing you with a buttery-soft fabric, four-way stretch feel, and a balance of comfort and support that transitions from workouts into everyday wear. I’ve now worn it through several different workouts, full workdays, and long travel days, and while it certainly has its limitations, I’ve found myself reaching for it more often than I initially expected.

Who Should Buy the EuphoriaLift Reset Bra?
- Those who primarily practice yoga, Pilates, or low-impact training.
- Coaches and trainers looking for a cute, comfortable workout set.
- Anyone who prefers activewear that transitions into everyday wear.
- Those who enjoy lightweight, low-profile sports bras. Another solid option would be the BRXL scooped sports bra.
- Anyone prioritizing softness and comfort over maximum support.
Who Shouldn’t Buy the EuphoriaLift Reset Bra?
- Those shopping for a more budget-friendly sports bra. The CRZ Yoga Butterluxe could be a good option for you here.
- Anyone needing medium-to-high support for training.
- Those who prefer adjustable straps.
- Anyone who prefers more coverage through the chest, the Lululemon Energy Bra would be a better option for you here.
- Those who like built-in or removable padding.
Sizing & Fit
For reference, I’m 5’3″, approximately 122 lbs, and typically wear a 32/34B. I received the EuphoriaLift Reset Bra in a size small, which is my usual size in most athletic apparel brands. Spiritual Gangster offers this bra in sizes XS through XL, and their website describes it as a cropped, light-support bra featuring a scoop neckline and racerback straps.

Overall, I would say this bra fits true to size, although I do think I fall somewhere between sizes depending on the level of support I’m looking for. The small fits comfortably around my rib cage without feeling restrictive, and the straps sit nicely on my shoulders without creating any uncomfortable pressure.
However, because the straps are non-adjustable, I do experience some slight gapping and occasional movement depending on the exercise. I probably could have gotten away with sizing down to an XS for a little more compression and support, but I also think that may have taken away from some of the comfort that makes this bra so appealing for everyday wear.
Another important thing to note is that this bra does not come with removable padding or an option to insert your own. Personally, I don’t necessarily need padding for support, but I do appreciate having that extra layer of coverage. I initially tested this bra without anything underneath and ultimately decided to wear my CAKES inserts for subsequent workouts. If you’re someone who prefers a more natural, minimal feel, you’ll probably appreciate the lack of padding. However, if you typically rely on removable cups for coverage, it’s definitely something to consider before purchasing.
Performance
Lifting / HIIT: 8.7/10
I’ve worn the EuphoriaLift Reset Bra through several different training days now, and I’ll admit that it’s grown on me when it comes to strength training. Initially, I wasn’t sure how much I’d enjoy lifting in something with such a lightweight, low-support design, but for controlled movements and traditional strength sessions, it’s actually been a pretty comfortable option. The material moves with my body, and I never feel restricted through my shoulders or upper body, which is something I really appreciate during exercises like presses, rows, and other upper-body movements.

Where I tend to steer away from this bra is during HIIT or conditioning days. This bra is definitely on the lighter end of the support spectrum, so when I’m incorporating any form of jumping, burpees, or higher-volume movements, I find myself wanting a little more structure. Depending on the exercise, I occasionally need to adjust the bra or pull it up, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to focus on your workout. I noticed that wearing my CAKES inserts helped it stay in place a bit better, but they obviously don’t turn this into a high-support sports bra.
I do think sizing down could potentially provide a little more compression if you’re hoping to wear this for more dynamic training, although I can’t say for certain without testing the XS myself. For me, the small strikes a nice balance between fit and comfort, and I’d rather have a bra that feels slightly relaxed than one that’s overly restrictive if I want some versatility. Ultimately, I think this is a solid option for traditional strength training, but it wouldn’t be my first choice for a workout that’s heavy on plyometrics or high-impact movements.
Running / Jumping: 6.4/10
I’m going to start this section by pointing out that this bra isn’t really intended for running or high-impact training, so take my rating here with a grain of salt. Spiritual Gangster specifically categorizes the Reset Bra as light support, and after testing it, I would absolutely agree with that description. My personal preference when it comes to running or jumping is a bra that provides a little more compression and security, especially when I’m moving at a faster pace.

I did wear this for some shorter indoor running intervals, and while it got the job done, it wasn’t necessarily the most supportive option. I found myself more aware of the bra than I typically like to be during these workouts, primarily because of the lower neckline and lack of adjustable straps.
One thing I will give it credit for is its moisture-wicking capabilities. Even as I started to sweat, the material remained comfortable against my skin and didn’t feel overly heavy or saturated. That being said, moisture management alone isn’t enough to make up for the lack of support. If running, jumping, or high-impact training makes up the majority of your workouts, I’d recommend looking for something with a little more structure.
Yoga / Pilates & Low Impact: 9.3/10
Spiritual Gangster has always had strong roots in yoga, and you can definitely see that influence in the design of this piece. The fabric has an incredibly soft, second-skin feel that moves naturally with your body without creating any noticeable restrictions. Whether I’m stretching, working through slower movements, or transitioning between positions, the material feels smooth and comfortable against my skin.

As I mentioned in the sizing section, I do think I’m somewhere between sizes, and this becomes slightly more noticeable during certain overhead movements. Occasionally, when my arms are extended above my head, I’ll notice a little gapping or feel the need to pull the bra back into place. It’s not something that happens constantly, and it certainly hasn’t been enough to make me dislike the bra, but I do think it’s worth mentioning if you’re someone who prefers adjustable straps or a more secure fit.
Daily Wear & Comfort: 9.7/10
On any given day, you’ll probably find me wearing some variation of a tank top, biker shorts, yoga pants, or sweatpants. I’m a big fan of comfortable basics, especially when I’m working from home, traveling, or running errands, and this bra fits into that rotation almost perfectly.
One of my favorite things about the design is how easily it sits underneath everyday clothing. The Y-shaped racerback keeps the straps relatively hidden under many of my tank tops, while the smooth material creates a low profile look without a bunch of bulky seams or extra fabric. I’ve worn this through full workdays and long travel days, and I genuinely forget I have it on. There’s no uncomfortable pressure through my shoulders, no excessive friction from the band, and no feeling like I need to take it off the second I get home.

For someone who spends a lot of time on the road, I really appreciate pieces that can serve more than one purpose. I can wear this for a morning workout, throw a tank top over it, and comfortably go about the rest of my day without feeling the need to immediately change. While it might not be my top choice for every type of training, it’s quickly become one of those reliable everyday pieces that I find myself reaching for simply because it’s so comfortable.
Construction & Details
The EuphoriaLift Reset Bra is made from 69% nylon and 31% elastane, using Spiritual Gangster’s newer EuphoriaLift performance fabric. According to the brand, this material features a double-brushed finish, four-way stretch, and moisture-wicking properties designed to provide a soft, smoothing feel without sacrificing mobility. The collection also incorporates an interlock double-knit construction intended to provide gentle compression and shape retention. In my experience, the fabric definitely lives up to its softness claims. It has that buttery, almost velvety texture that feels incredibly smooth against the skin, while still maintaining enough stretch to move comfortably during workouts.
From a design standpoint, the Reset Bra features a scoop neckline, cropped silhouette, built-in bra construction, and racerback straps. It also incorporates subtle color-blocked panels that give it a little more visual interest without making the overall design feel too busy. I really like the simplicity of this bra, especially in black. It’s flattering without being overly complicated, and the smooth construction gives it a clean, seamless appearance. The one design element I would have liked to see is an option for removable padding. While I understand that the minimal construction is part of what makes this bra so comfortable, having the flexibility to add or remove cups would make it a little more versatile.

Looking at the EuphoriaLift collection as a whole, I think Spiritual Gangster is doing a nice job of balancing performance apparel with everyday athleisure. The line includes several coordinating pieces, including leggings, tanks, and other bra styles, all built around the same soft, stretchy fabric. The emphasis seems to be on creating pieces that feel supportive without being overly compressive, making them suitable for studio workouts, strength training, and everyday activities. After multiple washes, my Reset Bra has maintained its shape and softness without any noticeable issues, which is always encouraging when testing apparel at this price point.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I think Spiritual Gangster is really onto something with the EuphoriaLift collection. The material is incredibly soft, the designs are super cute, and the quality has impressed me so far. After multiple workouts, full days of wear, and several washes, the Reset Bra has held up well and has become one of my favorite options for everyday comfort. While it isn’t necessarily the bra I’m reaching for on high-impact training days or when I need additional support, I think that’s perfectly fine considering what it was designed for. Not every sports bra needs to do everything, and this one really excels in the comfort and versatility departments.
At $78, it’s certainly on the higher end of the price spectrum, however, I do think there’s value in investing in pieces that you’ll consistently reach for, and this has quickly become one of those for me. If your training primarily consists of yoga, Pilates, strength training, or other lower-impact activities, and you’re looking for something that can comfortably transition into everyday wear, I think the EuphoriaLift Reset Bra is worth considering. Just keep in mind that you’re paying more for the comfort, fabric quality, and versatility than you are for high-performance support.
