    • Max Deadlift: N/A. Don’t deadlift in your weightlifting shoes.
    • Max Lunge: 235 lb walking lunge. Good stability, but the toe box can feel a little snug for dynamic quad-focused work.
    • Max Leg Press: 590 lbs. The outsole grips machines well which makes them great for bodybuilding.
