Josh Kelly

Josh Kelly is an online and in-person fitness coach with a personal training certification from canfitpro and a Trigger Mapping Mastery certification from L2 Fitness. He focuses with his clients on lasting behavior change, efficient movement patterns, and building systems that allow each client to live a full life while still crushing their training goals. Coaching under the name Pure Grit Training for the last 4 years, he has experience working with clients in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and general strength training.
